A Koregaon Park live room and garden bar, in one app: who is on stage now, the week as posters, a table booked and a pass for the gate.
A studio concept: a fictional product we designed and built to show how we work. Not a client project.
Static Garden is a venue we made up: a live room, a garden under a rain tree and a late bar in Koregaon Park, open till 1:30. A place like this usually runs on story posts that vanish in a day, a guestlist in someone's DMs and table bookings over WhatsApp.
We put all of it in one app that looks like the room at 10:42 on a Thursday. Tonight says who is on stage, what they are playing and how full the garden is. This week is a wall of posters, each night with its own colours. Booking a table takes a zone, a headcount and a time, and the cover comes back as bar credit.
We designed the brand, the posters and the app, and built it as a working prototype with UPI checkout and a pass for the gate.
Make every night look like its own gig poster, not a row in a list.
Show the room live: on stage now, how full, how long at the bar.
Book a table from the floor plan, with the money explained before you pay.
Put the pass, the guests and the bar credit on one ticket.
Each poster is generated from the gig: a photograph pushed to black and white, then washed in two colours of its own, with the name set in Archivo at its narrowest width. Tonight wears an acid outline.

The first screen is the room right now, from the prototype at 10:42 PM: the band on stage and what they are playing, how full the live room and garden are, the wait at the bar, and who takes over at 11:30.

The gig page is the poster grown to full screen: the line-up by room and time, the cover, the guestlist, and Book a table pinned to the bottom.

Pick a zone and your table lights up on the plan. The sum shows the cover, what comes back as bar credit and the table's minimum spend.

Name, guests, table and arrival time on a ticket with the QR, and the bar credit that loads when you scan in.
The booking sheet, rebuilt from the prototype's data for Low Tide on Saturday 24 October. Choose a zone, a headcount and a time; the cover is ₹800 a head and ₹600 of it comes back as bar credit. Then pay.
